Public Safety Medicine
Staying at the top of your game is important on the field and off. Dayton Sports Medicine Institute and Fort Hamilton Hospital offer public safety medicine programs to keep our public safety officers in their best health. Our athletic trainers help enhance performance and assist in injury recovery so our police departments, fire departments, and SWAT teams can keep you and your family safe.
Dayton Sports Medicine Institute, in collaboration with Wright State University's Division of Tactical Emergency Medicine, are pleased to provide quality care to those in Public Safety, specifically providing athletic training services to various SWAT teams, Police and Fire Departments throughout Southwest Ohio.
The Athletic Trainers provide support to public safety officials for musculoskeletal injuries, assisting with performance enhancement, as well as be a liaison between the mission and further medical assistance as necessary. Dayton Sports Medicine Institute and Fort Hamilton Sports Medicine are devoted to keeping our public safety officials ready and prepared for duty.
