Recipe: Winter Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh cranberries, coarsely ground

¼ cup sugar

1 ½ pounds seedless red grapes, cut in half

8 ounces light cool whip

 

Directions:

  1. Combine cranberries with sugar.
  2. Fold in grapes.
  3. Fold in cool whip.
  4. Serve chilled.
