This five-week Pilates class is a mat-based method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. The emphasis is on alignment and proper posture, breathing, core strength, and improved coordination and balance. Thursdays, October 8th -November 5th 3-4pm.
