4:30-5 p.m. Thursdays, Kettering Medical Center, Dining Room 3.
Learn easy ways to begin or maintain a personal meditation practice in a relaxed, supportive environment. Meditation can relieve symptoms of stress, improve sleep and focus, and help us to become more resilient, calm, creative and compassionate.
ALL ARE WELCOME. No experience necessary. Class is FREE, thanks to generous support from the Kettering Medical Center Foundation.
