Fred Manchur

CEO, Kettering Health

Fred moved into the position of CEO in December 2010. He has strategic, policy and governance responsibilities for Kettering Health and its affiliates, including its seven Network hospitals, 60 satellite health centers and Network joint ventures. Fred previously served with great distinction as president of Kettering and Sycamore Medical Centers, and as Kettering Health executive vice president and president. He has been very instrumental to the exceptional growth of Kettering Medical Center in recent years.

Terry Burns

Chief Operating Officer, Kettering Health

Terry Burns serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Kettering Health Network. He previously held the chief financial officer role for Kettering Medical in two different stints, as well as President of the hospital from 2017-2019. In 2011 returned to Kettering Health Network as the President of Greene Memorial Hospital, and the in-process Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center. Terry completed the construction and opening of Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center. He also guided significant organizational improvements at Greene Memorial Hospital.

Todd Anderson

Executive Vice President of Finance and
Clinical Integration Strategy, Kettering Health

Todd Anderson serves as Executive Vice President for Kettering Health, with executive oversight for Finance and Clinical Integration Strategy. Todd previously was Sr. Vice President of Market Strategies for Kettering Health and has served as VP of Finance/Operations and CFO for Grandview Medical Center. Todd brings a vast knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare environment with tremendous insights in financial and operational strategy.

Wally Sackett

President, Kettering Medical Center

Wally Sackett serves as President of Kettering Medical Center. Previous Wally held the role of President of Sycamore Medical Center (2012), as well as Kettering Health Senior Services and Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center. Prior to leading on the Sycamore campus, he was Vice President for Clinical Services for more than four years at Kettering Medical Center. In this role he oversaw the construction of the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital and the growth of the cancer services. Wally has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including serving as CEO at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and North Valley Hospital Colorado. Wally is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible in a friendly, caring environment.

Anita Adams-Jenkins

President, Sycamore Medical Center

Anita Adams-Jenkins serves as president of Sycamore Medical Center, including Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center, and the Senior Division. Adams-Jenkins began her career with Kettering Health Network in 2015 as the new chief operating officer of Kettering Medical Center. Anita joined Kettering from Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, where she served as Vice President of Operations.

Nate Brandstater PhD

President, Kettering College

Nate Brandstater serves as president of Kettering College. He has worked in higher education for over twenty years, previously as an associate professor and in senior leadership positions. Under Nate's leadership Kettering College launched its first doctoral program, with additional graduate programs under development. Nate has also strengthened the partnership between Kettering College and Kettering Health, delivering value for students and for Kettering facilities through strategic job development and placements.

Ron Connovich

President, Fort Hamilton Hospital

Ron was named president of Fort Hamilton Hospital in October 2018 after serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Greene Memorial Hospital and Soin Medical Center. He brings over 30 years of health care experience in finance and operations. Ron received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from University of Hawaii - West Oahu, and a Masters in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Rick Dodds

President, Soin Medical Center
& Greene Memorial Hospital

Rick Dodds serves as the President of Soin Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital. Rick has over 13 years of experience in finance, human resources and hospital operations. He previously served as the Administrative Director of Human Resources for Kettering Health for two years.

George Lewis

President, Kettering Physician Network

George was named president of Kettering Physician Network in February 2013. Prior to joining Kettering, George served as a Vice President at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. He also held executive leadership positions at Adventist Health and Loma Linda University Medical Center. George has over 20 years of financial, operational, and strategic planning experience in the health care industry and excels at physician compensation, strategic planning and medical group management. Kettering Physician Network is a subsidiary of Kettering Health, which serves the southwest Ohio region with eight hospitals and a multitude of other patient care facilities.

Rebecca Lewis

President, Grandview Medical Center

Becky was named the president of Grandview Medical Center in April 2017 after serving as the president of Southview Medical Center for two years. She joined Kettering Health as director of perioperative services at Grandview in 2009. Previously, she served as Vice President of the Jewish Hospital Heart and Lung Institute in Louisville, Kentucky; CEO of Jewish Hospital Lexington and CEO of Knox County Hospital in Barbourville, KY. Becky is recognized as a leader in addressing and resolving complex issues while enhancing the patient experience. She puts quality and patient safety first, approaches physicians and staff as true partners, and consistently demonstrates clear communication with employees and guests.

Richard Manchur

President, Southview Medical Center

Richard Manchur was named president of Southview Medical Center in April 2017, after serving as vice president of Ancillary Services at Grandview Medical Center, as well as director of operational design and strategic support, and director of the cardiovascular service line. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Finance from La Sierra University in California.
