Fred Manchur serves as the CEO of Kettering Health Network. He has strategic, policy, and governance responsibilities for the network and its affiliates, including its eight hospitals, over 120 outpatient centers, and network joint ventures. Fred previously served with great distinction as president of Kettering and Sycamore medical centers and as Kettering Health Network executive vice president and president.
Chief Operating Officer
Terry Burns serves as the chief operating officer for Kettering Health Network. He previously held the chief financial officer role for the network in two different stints, as well as president of the Kettering Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital and Soin Medical Center. Terry completed the construction of Soin Medical Center and guided significant organizational improvements at Greene Memorial Hospital.
President, Kettering Medical Center
Wally Sackett serves as president of Kettering Medical Center. Previously, Wally held the role of president of Sycamore Medical Center as well as the Senior Division and Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center. Prior to leading on the Sycamore campus, he was vice president for clinical services for more than four years at Kettering Medical Center. In this role, he oversaw the construction of the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital and the growth of cancer services. Wally is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible in a friendly, caring environment.
President, Sycamore Medical Center
Anita Adams-Jenkins serves as president of Sycamore Medical Center, including Kettering Behavioral Medical Center and the Senior Division. Anita began her career with Kettering Health Network as chief operating officer of Kettering Medical Center. Anita joined the network from Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, where she served as vice president of Operations.
Nate Brandstater PhD
President, Kettering College
Nate Brandstater serves as president of Kettering College. Under Nate's leadership, Kettering College launches its first doctoral program, with additional graduate programs under development. Nate has also strengthened the partnership between Kettering College and Kettering Health Network, delivering value for students and network facilities through strategic job development and placements.
President, Fort Hamilton Hospital
Ron Connovich serves as president of Fort Hamilton Hospital. He previously held the positions of chief operating officer and chief financial officer for Greene Memorial Hospital and Soin Medical Center. Ron received his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Hawaii – West Oahu and his Master of Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
President, Soin Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital
Rick Dodds serves as the president of Soin Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital. He previously served as the administrative director of Human Resources for Kettering Health Network. Rick has over 13 years of experience in finance, human resources, and hospital operations.
President, Kettering Physician Network
George Lewis serves as president of Kettering Physician Network, a subsidiary of Kettering Health Network. Prior to joining the network, he held the position of vide president at Scripps Health in San Diego. He has also served in leadership positions at Adventist Health and Loma Linda University Medical Center. George has over 20 years of financial, operational, and strategic planning experience in the health care industry and excels at physician compensation, strategic planning, and medical group management.
President, Troy Hospital
Eric Lunde serves as a president of Troy Hospital. He previously held the position of executive director of the Brain and Spine service line. Prior to joining Kettering Health Network in 2016, Eric served as vice president and chief operating officer at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, Kentucky.
President, Grandview Medical Center
Richard Manchur serves as president of Grandview Medical Center. He previously held the position of vice president of ancillary services at Grandview Medical Center, as well as director of operational design and strategic support, and director of the cardiovascular service line. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Finance from La Sierra University in California.
President, Southview Medical Center
Daniel Tryon serves as president of Southview Medical Center. He previously held positions as executive director of the Kettering Health Network Middletown medical complex and director of business development and cardiovascular services for Grandview and Southview Medical Centers. Daniel attended Andrews University where he received both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration in Finance.
