Lifestyles that require an irregular sleep/wake pattern, such as alternating shift work or frequent cross-country flights (jetlag) may result in chronic difficulty in falling asleep at conventional times.

Parasomnia

Sleep walking, nighttime seizures, night terrors & bed wetting. These disorders occur during specific sleep states.

Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome

Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome (PLMS) is characterized by highly periodic repetitive limb movements that occur during sleep.
