Nurse Preceptors

Nurse preceptors are of vital importance to the Health Care Team at Kettering Health Network. Nurse preceptors are utilized in all patient care areas to provide guidance and support for our new employees and students. Nurse preceptor education is provided throughout the network via an electronic learning management system, 'live' workshops, and the Leadership Institute presentations. Our nurse preceptors love to teach and they are invaluable to our nursing practice. Friendships and mentorships often grow out of the nurse preceptorship role.
