Can I submit a general application or resume without applying to a specific job?
In order to be considered for employment, you must complete an application for a specific job. We do not have the ability to accept general applications.Back To Top
What do I do if I can't find the job I'm looking for? How often do your job listings change?
Our job board is updated daily as new positions are opened and old ones filled. If you do not see a position of interest to you, you may visit the website again in a few days or a few weeks to see what new positions are available.Back To Top
What does my application status mean?
I'm having problems creating my application profile. What am I doing wrong?
Each section of the application process has required fields that must be entered. They are marked with an asterix. If that section is not completed, you will not be permitted to move on to the next section.
I was just hired for a position. Why do I need a physical?
A physical is required so that we are aware of any physical limitations you may have so that we can provide reasonable accommodations if needed.Back To Top
When will I get a call about my application?
You will receive notifications via email regarding your application status and we will also update your status on your profile. Not all candidates receive a phone call for follow-up.Back To Top
Can I call and schedule an interview or speak with a manager?
The hiring manager for the position for which you applied will contact you if they would like to speak with you about the position. Not all candidates are contacted.Back To Top
I've never worked in healthcare before, do you need experience to work at Kettering Health Network?

Once I have transferred, how long do I have to wait before I can apply to transfer again?
Once you have transferred, you must wait at least a year prior to being eligible to transfer again.Back To Top
What does my application status mean?
Are internal candidates given preference when being considered for an opening?
Qualified internal candidates are given preference when reviewing applications. However, the best candidate (internal or external) will be selected.Back To Top
Once I have been offered the position, when will I be released for transfer?
Your current manager will work with HR to determine your transfer date based on the staffing needs of your current unit. Most likely it will be within two pay periods.Back To Top
If I transfer between organizations will I have to go through orientation again?
It will depend on the type of position you are going into. Your HR department will work with you on an orientation schedule if needed.Back To Top
Can I transfer if I have had disciplines?
You are still able to transfer. The hiring manager will review your information and make a determination as to whether they would like to proceed. If selected any disciplinary actions will transfer to the new department.Back To Top
Can I transfer to another department even if there is not a position posted online?
