• Healthy Arteries Screening
  Learn your vascular age and stroke risk. Your arteries can show your risk. This non-invasive ultrasound screening shows early artery thickening, plaque and abnormal blood flow in arteries prone to plaque. This screening is for anyone age 40 or over, younger if you have family history of heart disease, have abnormal cholesterol, or diabetes. Cost: $139. • Advanced Heart Screen – For a complete evaluation
  An easy two-visit program. Includes non-invasive Heart Calcium CT Scan, Lipids, Glucose, Blood Sugar Average (Hgb a1c) Vitamin D Level, Artery Inflammation test (hs CRP), Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Risk Score. Optional LP-PLA2 plaque test. Return for your second visit to receive education/results from a nurse, dietitian, and cardiologist. Cost: $225; $260 with optional LP-PLA2.
