About Us

The Grandview Foundation was established in 1999 when Grandview Hospital merged with Kettering Medical Center to form the Kettering Health Network. The Foundation was established to perpetuate Grandview's long term commitment to osteopathic medical education and to serving the community for years to come.

The Grandview Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, and a Type 1 supporting organization to Grandview Hospital.

Board of Trustees

The Grandview Foundation is governed by an 18-member Board of Trustees representing the Kettering Health Network, the community and members of the Grandview Medical Staff. Trustees serve three year terms and are eligible for reappointment.
