TESTIMONIAL

After an accident that would forever change his life, Scott Bressler ended up at Fort Hamilton Hospital for his orthopedic care. "I tore three ligaments and broke my knee," Scott said. Only after his surgery did he realize how serious his injuries were.

Scott was referred to orthopedic surgeon Dr. Krista Migliore at Fort Hamilton Hospital. Afraid that he was going to miss out on spending time with his family, Dr. Migliore assured Scott that he was in good care. After a 5-hour surgery, Scott was able to move his knee again, but the physical therapists felt they could get more range of motion after working with Scott. The physical therapists at Fort Hamilton Hospital were able to help Scott 138° range of motion.

Now, Scott has no problems with his knees and he says there is no handicap from this accident. Scott said that the care at Kettering Health Network didn't just make him feel like another patient. "These people became part of your life," Scott said in reference to his care.
