John is the network director for Emergency and Trauma Services at Kettering Health, including four trauma centers and 10 emergency departments. He is also responsible for overseeing Trauma & Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Outreach and the Transfer Call Center.

John has notably served more than 20 years in health care with a positive impact, a passion for transformational leadership, and a champion of clinical excellence. Prior to joining Kettering Health, John worked in healthcare organizations in the greater Dayton region; Cincinnati, Ohio; and Los Angeles, California in various leadership and clinical positions such as pediatric/adult trauma nurse, critical care nurse, team leader, program development manager and director.

John is a graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Administration and Healthcare Systems, and he holds a Master Certificate in Leadership and Executive Development from the University of Dayton.

During downtime John enjoys spending time with family and working on projects. He has a passion for home renovation and landscaping any chance he gets.

Bill is responsible for EMS coordination and trauma outreach across the network at its 8 hospitals, 10 emergency departments including four Trauma Centers. His responsibilities include supervision of all EMS coordinators; medical education, trauma outreach, Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support training; injury prevention; and hazardous materials training.

Prior to his career at Kettering Health, Bill was a career Paramedic/Firefighter for 15 years, serving as chief the last five years. He then began a 14-year career with Premier Health, serving as the Trauma and EMS Coordinator for 12 years and then as operations manager for Good Samaritan Hospital’s Emergency Department the last three years.

Bill is a graduate of Louisiana State University, holding a degree in Fire and Emergency Services. He is also a graduate of Wright State University, holding a degree in Organizational Leadership. He is certified as an Ohio Firefighter II, Paramedic, and EMS Instructor.

Bill lives in Troy with his wife Priya, and son Caleb. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Ryan uses experience in fire, pre-hospital, and hospital emergency care and his EMS education to find unique solutions in his liaison role. Ryan is responsible for serving the needs of the local EMS utilizing Kettering Medical Center's Emergency Department.

Prior to joining Kettering Health, Ryan served his community as a paramedic. Ryan received his Paramedic and Firefighter II certification from Sinclair Community College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University. Today, he remains active in the community through extensive involvement in several regional organizations.

Ryan enjoys grilling any chance he gets. He loves spending time with his wife, son, and daughter and planning family vacations at numerous lakes and camping locations.

After completing his education at Sinclair Community College, Chris decided to serve his community as a Paramedic in both the community and hospital. His experience includes serving as a part-time Firefighter/Paramedic for the city of Riverside, OH, a Volunteer Fire Lieutenant for Bethel Township Miami County, and a career Firefighter/Paramedic for Miami Valley Fire District. Chris has also served several local hospitals including five years at Dayton Children's and two years with Care Flight Air and Mobile as a MICU Paramedic. In April of 2015, Chris joined Kettering Health, where he uses his skills to build relationships with the community and plan for disasters. Chris also serves on several disaster planning committees throughout the region and network, and he Co-Chairs the EMS Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Committee for Greater Miami Valley EMS Council.

Chris enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, camping, and backpacking. His beautiful wife and two daughters love exploring new places, sitting around a camp fire, and playing the occasional rowdy Nerf gun battle.

After completing her education at Cedarville University and Sinclair Community College, Meredith spent three years serving as an Emergency Room Technician. She volunteered with Cedarville Township Volunteer Fire Department for three years and is currently serving with Riverside Fire Department. In 2014, she joined the Kettering Health coordinator team, where she builds relationships between local emergency providers and hospital emergency departments.

Meredith enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Jennifer has an extensive background in fire-based EMS. Jennifer served the Hamilton community for 29 years as a Firefighter and Paramedic with the City of Hamilton Fire Department. She joined Kettering Health's EMS coordinator team in 2013. In this role, she serves as a liaison between the network's most southern fire/EMS agencies and Fort Hamilton Hospital. In addition, she volunteers for Riley Township Fire Department.

Jennifer is married with two sons. Her husband and oldest son also serve their community as fire fighters. They live on a farm in Oxford and enjoy spending quality time with their grandkids.
