Heart Disease Risk Quiz

Take the following Heart Disease Risk Quiz to help identify your risk of heart attack. Choose the most appropriate answer in each category and click the "Calculate Report" button below to tally your answers.

  1. Smoking
    Non-smoker (over 2 years)
    Cigar, pipe or less than 10 cigarettes per day
    1/2 pack to 1 pack per day for 5-10 years
    1-2 packs per day for 10-20 years
    >2 packs per day for more than 20 years

  2. Blood Pressure (If the top or bottom number equals a specific range listed, then check that category)

    Eat 0-2 servings per week of red meats, organ meats, egg yolks, dairy foods, fried foods and high-fat sweets.
    Eat 3-7 servings per week of red meats, organ meats, egg yolks, dairy foods, fried foods and high-fat sweets.
    Eat more than 7 servings per week of an item from the following list: red meats, organ meats, egg yolks, dairy foods, fried foods and high-fat sweets.
