Fred Manchur

CEO, Kettering Health Network

Fred moved into the position of CEO in December 2010. He has strategic, policy and governance responsibilities for Kettering Health Network and its affiliates, including its seven Network hospitals, 60 satellite health centers and Network joint ventures. Fred previously served with great distinction as president of Kettering and Sycamore Medical Centers, and as KHN executive vice president and president. He has been very instrumental to the exceptional growth of KMC in recent years.

Terri Day

President, Kettering Health Network

Terri was named president of Kettering Health Network in late 2012. For the prior two years Terri served as network executive vice president of operations. Terri is the first woman to serve as network president in Kettering's 48-year history. Prior to joining Kettering, she was vice president of Adventist Health in Roseville, California. She also served as vice president of hospital finance with financial oversight for six Adventist Health hospitals in central and southern California. As president for the network, Terri will continue her current operational duties and integrate network operations so patients can count on the same exceptional experience at each of our hospitals and outpatient facilities.

Roy Chew, PhD

President, Kettering Medical Center
Executive Vice President, Kettering Health Network

Roy serves as President of Kettering Medical Center. He brings a comprehensive perspective to system development, growth and strategic goals. Prior to this, Roy served as president of Grandview and Southview Medical Centers for 10 years, leading them to extraordinary achievements. During his tenure, Grandview gained more national awards for quality and safety than all others in Ohio, and experienced significant increases in patient and staff satisfaction. Roy is one of the most respected community leaders in the Dayton area.

Terry Burns

Sr. Vice President, Soin Medical Center
and Greene Memorial Hospital

Terry returned to southwest Ohio in 2011 to serve as president of Greene Memorial Hospital and Soin Medical Center. Previously, he served six years as vice president of finance and operations at Kettering Medical Center. He has 36 years of healthcare industry experience including four years as president and CEO of Ukiah Valley Medical Center in California. Terry works to connect the entire team with the broad community we serve, and brings a sense humor to daily activities.

George Lewis

President, Kettering Physician Network

George was named president of Kettering Physician Network in February 2013. Prior to joining Kettering, George served as a Vice President at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. He also held executive leadership positions at Adventist Health and Loma Linda University Medical Center. George has over 20 years of financial, operational, and strategic planning experience in the health care industry and excels at physician compensation, strategic planning and medical group management. Kettering Physician Network is a subsidiary of Kettering Health Network, which serves the southwest Ohio region with eight hospitals and a multitude of other patient care facilities.

Rebecca Lewis

Sr. Vice President, Southview Medical Center

Becky was named the administrator of Southview Medical Center in August 2014. Becky brings 44 years of healthcare experience to this position. She joined Kettering Health Network as director of perioperative services at Grandview in 2009 and was promoted to vice president of patient care three years ago. Previously, she served as Vice President of the Jewish Hospital Heart and Lung Institute in Louisville, Kentucky; CEO of Jewish Hospital Lexington and CEO of Knox County Hospital in Barbourville, KY. Becky is recognized as a leader in addressing and resolving complex issues while enhancing the patient experience. She puts quality and patient safety first, approaches physicians and staff as true partners, and consistently demonstrates clear communication with employees and guests.

Wally Sackett

Sr. Vice President, Sycamore Medical Center

Wally was named the Administrator for Sycamore Medical Center in May 2012, as well as Kettering Health Network Senior Services and Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center. Prior to leading on the Sycamore campus, he was Vice President for Clinical Services for more than four years at Kettering Medical Center. In this role he oversaw the construction of the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital and the growth of the cancer services. Wally has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including serving as CEO at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and North Valley Hospital Colorado. Wally is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible in a friendly, caring environment.

Mark Smith

President, Fort Hamilton Hospital

Mark was named president of Fort Hamilton Hospital in May 2013. Mark brings a wealth of experience in hospital administration. He previously served as president of Sycamore Medical Center. In addition, he was the chief financial and operating officer for Greene Memorial Hospital. Mark's experience in the region allows for a seamless transition while offering exceptional support to the Hamilton community.

Russ Wetherell

Sr. Vice President, Grandview Medical Center

Russ was named the Administrator of Grandview Medical Center after serving three years as Administrator of Southview Medical Center. While at Southview, Russ worked to enhance services for patients and physicians, particularly in surgery and maternity. In addition, he has helped facilitate a number of improvements to the physical hospital. Previously he was CFO for 7 years for Kettering Health Network. In that role he assisted in financing and developing several large construction projects and ambulatory facilities, as well as expansion of the Network through the addition of two hospitals. He has 30 years of healthcare experience in various financial and administrative positions.
