Fred Manchur

CEO, Kettering Health Network

Fred moved into the position of CEO in December 2010. He has strategic, policy and governance responsibilities for Kettering Health Network and its affiliates, including its seven Network hospitals, 60 satellite health centers and Network joint ventures. Fred previously served with great distinction as president of Kettering and Sycamore Medical Centers, and as Kettering Health Network executive vice president and president. He has been very instrumental to the exceptional growth of Kettering Medical Center in recent years.

Roy Chew, PhD

President, Kettering Health Network

Dr. Roy Chew serves as the President of Kettering Health Network. He has served within the Kettering Health Network for 38 years, has numerous extraordinary achievements to his credit and was recognized as "Leader of the Year" by Leadership Dayton in 2015. Roy is responsible for implementing structure and providing the oversight that continues our path of Network alignment.

Jarrod McNaughton, MBA, FACHE

Executive Vice President, Kettering Health Network
President, Kettering Medical Center

Jarrod McNaughton serves as the President of Kettering Medical Center where he provides executive oversight to Kettering while continuing Network responsibilities for Marketing and Government Relations. Jarrod has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and has expanded our influence in our local and state communities since arriving in 2013.

Terry Burns

Executive Vice President, Kettering Health Network
Chief Financial Officer, Kettering Medical Center

Terry Burns serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Kettering Medical Center. In a prior stint from 2001-2007, he was instrumental in improving revenue and reversing operating losses. Returning to the Network in 2011, Terry completed the construction and opening of Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center. He also guided significant organizational improvements at Greene Memorial Hospital.

Todd Anderson

Executive Vice President, Kettering Health Network
Sr. Vice President of Market Strategies, Kettering Health Network

Todd Anderson serves the Sr. Vice President of Market Strategies for Kettering Health Network with responsibility for Finance and Clinical Integration Strategy. Todd previously was the VP of Finance/Operations and CFO for Grandview Medical Center. Todd brings a vast knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare environment, coupled with tremendous insights in strategy.

Rick Dodds

President, Soin Medical Center
& Greene Memorial Hospital

Rick Dodds serves as the President of Soin Medical Center and Greene Memorial Hospital. Rick has over 13 years of experience in finance, human resources and hospital operations. He previously served as the Administrative Director of Human Resources for Kettering Health Network for two years.

Rebecca Lewis

President, Southview Medical Center

Becky was named the administrator of Southview Medical Center in August 2014. Becky brings 44 years of healthcare experience to this position. She joined Kettering Health Network as director of perioperative services at Grandview in 2009 and was promoted to vice president of patient care three years ago. Previously, she served as Vice President of the Jewish Hospital Heart and Lung Institute in Louisville, Kentucky; CEO of Jewish Hospital Lexington and CEO of Knox County Hospital in Barbourville, KY. Becky is recognized as a leader in addressing and resolving complex issues while enhancing the patient experience. She puts quality and patient safety first, approaches physicians and staff as true partners, and consistently demonstrates clear communication with employees and guests.

George Lewis

President, Kettering Physician Network

George was named president of Kettering Physician Network in February 2013. Prior to joining Kettering, George served as a Vice President at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. He also held executive leadership positions at Adventist Health and Loma Linda University Medical Center. George has over 20 years of financial, operational, and strategic planning experience in the health care industry and excels at physician compensation, strategic planning and medical group management. Kettering Physician Network is a subsidiary of Kettering Health Network, which serves the southwest Ohio region with eight hospitals and a multitude of other patient care facilities.

Wally Sackett

President, Sycamore Medical Center

Wally was named the Administrator for Sycamore Medical Center in May 2012, as well as Kettering Health Network Senior Services and Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center. Prior to leading on the Sycamore campus, he was Vice President for Clinical Services for more than four years at Kettering Medical Center. In this role he oversaw the construction of the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital and the growth of the cancer services. Wally has over 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including serving as CEO at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and North Valley Hospital Colorado. Wally is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible in a friendly, caring environment.

Mark Smith

President, Fort Hamilton Hospital

Mark was named president of Fort Hamilton Hospital in May 2013. Mark brings a wealth of experience in hospital administration. He previously served as president of Sycamore Medical Center. In addition, he was the chief financial and operating officer for Greene Memorial Hospital. Mark's experience in the region allows for a seamless transition while offering exceptional support to the Hamilton community.

Russ Wetherell

President, Grandview Medical Center

Russ was named the Administrator of Grandview Medical Center after serving three years as Administrator of Southview Medical Center. While at Southview, Russ worked to enhance services for patients and physicians, particularly in surgery and maternity. In addition, he has helped facilitate a number of improvements to the physical hospital. Previously he was CFO for 7 years for Kettering Health Network. In that role he assisted in financing and developing several large construction projects and ambulatory facilities, as well as expansion of the Network through the addition of two hospitals. He has 30 years of healthcare experience in various financial and administrative positions.
